I'm a realtor. Just tried to get them to come give an estimate for a major repair for my buyers. They refused to work with buyers. Only home owners. Its a VA repo! Good luck with that! I guess new owners aren't good enough for them! Must be nice to toss away business like that! How stupid!
I would highly recommend Foundation Specialties, Inc. We thought we had a foundation problem so we scheduled an appointment for a specialist to come out and have a look. He took pictures and even contacted the person who acted as the general contractor on our house. As it turned out, we did not have any sort of foundation issue but were very impressed by the professional manner in which they operated.
Ethics are still alive!..... A certain national chain company gave me a $15,000 bid with elaborate drawings and sales pitch.....Foundation Specialties surveyed my house and said I needed no foundation repairs at all. He even showed me the framing issue that may have been original construction or an issue when my bathroom floor was repaired........a free estimate of $0 and honesty about the problem Anumber1 by me

Called for a consult on suspected foundation issues. Scheduled a week out from initial call. Received a call from one of their technicians and had a long thorough talk to confirm these were not foundation issues but was reassured to call back if changes occurred. Very professional and friendly! Will refer to this company if needed in the future.
